Work ALL the Core!
“What’s the best core exercise?” <- that is a question we field all the time. While I like a variety of movements, I tend to gravitate towards the exercises that give you the most bang for your buck. Taken from gymnastics, the hollow log roll gets after it all in the trunk. ***Make sure that, when you perform these, you keep your deep abdominal muscles contracted to prevent excessive stress through the lumbar spine.***
