Find that Sweet Spot through your Foot
Whether you are squatting, performing a step-up, balancing on one leg, or even riding your bike, you should think about where you are putting the emphasis through your foot. Oftentimes, we see people driving through the lateral aspect of the foot, and this places some weird stress and force throughout the leg (and especially around the knee). So, avoid this by driving down through the “sweet spot,” just in between your 1st and 2nd metatarsals.
Utilize this position to apply more force to your pedal stroke, more power from the bottom of your squat, and achieve a higher jump on your next box hop!
