A Sleeping Tidbit and a Major Announcement!!!
Do you or someone you know have difficulty sleeping due to shoulder pain? If you answered yes to either, pay attention.
Many people go to sleep lying directly on their shoulder, whereas the weight should be dispersed across the back of the shoulder/shoulder blade. Try lying on your side and PROTRACT your shoulder (push it forward) to clear the space and relieve the pressure off the “true shoulder joint.” You should find a more comfortable position to fall asleep in. Furthermore, if you wake up in the middle of the night, and your shoulder is underneath your body, push it forward to find relief.
Stay tuned afterwards for some exciting/sad/happy news. No lie, I had to fight back the feels quite a bit…
